Note on Payment Processing: We do not collect, store, or process any payment information (such as credit card numbers, debit card numbers, or bank account details) on our website or subdomain. All payments are completed in-person at our physical location in accordance with state regulations.
B. Device and Technical Information
When you navigate our main website and shop subdomain, technical information about your device and browsing behavior is automatically logged, including:

- Referral URLs, search terms used to reach our site, and pages viewed.

Flowhub: Operates our online menu subdomain, manages order tracking, and securely stores customer contact details (name and phone number) for fulfillment and Sage-driven marketing campaigns.

Sage Society directly runs and controls all marketing communications sent to our customer list. If you have opted in to receive SMS marketing messages from us, you can opt out at any time by:

Opting out of promotional messages will not affect transactional text notifications regarding active pickup orders.

We implement reasonable technical and administrative security measures to protect your personal data. Our main site utilizes Wordfence real-time threat protection, Web Application Firewall (WAF), and secure enterprise hosting via WPEngine.
We retain your contact and order tracking history within Flowhub for as long as necessary to fulfill ongoing business operations, comply with regulatory requirements, or until you request deletion of your contact profile.
